Mindfulness, Mindset, Mind Science and Mind Body Soul Connection
We will learn:
Ever notice how certain emotional patterns are like weeds in a garden? They keep cropping up, no matter how many times you think you've pulled them out.
What if I told you that you might be accidentally keeping these patterns going without even realizing it? Like you’re stuck in a loop of drama and insecurity.
You see, sometimes we can find a strange kind of comfort in the chaos, even when it's not good for us.
The big thing to pay attention to is something called attachment – it's the way we learn to connect with people when we're young children. About half of us have a hard time feeling secure in our relationships because of it.
Changing these patterns isn't always easy. It means facing some uncomfortable truths and making decisions that are different than the ones that got you here.
Today we're going to explore how we connect, love, and ultimately, how we can take back control of our emotional lives. When we start untangling those roots, that's when we can really start growing. And you might just be surprised at how strong you really are when you begin to change your emotional landscape.
Our guest is Jennifer Nurick, a licensed Clinical Psychotherapist, Couple Therapist, Energetic Healer, and author of “Heal Your Anxious Attachment”. She is the founder and voice of Psychotherapy Central. She has been working in the healing space for over 20 years, combining Eastern energetic practices and Western psychotherapy. She offers transformational courses to help individuals and couples heal trauma and build secure long-term relationships.

Have you ever caught yourself thinking, "Why does this always happen to me? Am I attracting dogs or is this just the state of the market?” At some point, it starts to feel like the right person is an illusion.
If you’ve found yourself in a cycle of the same relationship issues over and over again, it often means that you’re caught in a belief system that is subconsciously shaping your reality.
If you don't confront these patterns, decouple from them, and cultivate new ones, you could be sentencing yourself to a life of rinse and repeat.
So maybe, it’s time to ask the hard questions, and that’s what this episode is about. How to raise your standards, set intentions, and find your person.
Our guest is Matthew Hussey. He is a New York Times bestselling author, speaker, and coach specializing in confidence and relational intelligence. His YouTube channel is number one in the world for love life advice, with over half a billion views. He also writes a weekly newsletter and is the host of the podcast “Love Life With Matthew Hussey.”
Today he will teach us his proven approach to finding love but also how to feel confident and in control of our own happiness regardless of relationship status.

Have you ever noticed how some moments feel extra special, while others just blend into the background of your life?
Things like the school bell ringing at the end of the day, blowing out birthday candles, or a even something as simple as a handshake after a deal - These are rituals, little traditions that mark important moments in our lives.
If we ignore the power of rituals, we might lose touch with who we are. They reflect our choices and remind us of who we are and who we want to be. They're like a compass pointing us in the right direction.
However, rituals can also become a burden if we're too rigid about them. The key is to find a balance - create your own unique mix of routines and spontaneous moments that tell your story.
Every little ritual, even the ones we barely notice, shapes who we are.
We're about to explore the power of rituals with expert Mike Norton. We'll learn how these everyday practices can bring us clarity, strength, and connection. Even the most ordinary moments can be magical if we embrace them. So get ready to discover the transformative power of your daily rituals.

How often have you mistaken persistence for passion or comfort for contentment?
The problem is, most of us don’t just fear change, but we have a whole narrative around quitting, as though it’s some form of failure. And these lies can keep us stuck in rooms we’ve long outgrown.
So, how do we turn down the noise to turn up our own inner nudges? And how can we move more quickly toward our own new doorways of possibility? That’s what we’re talking about today.
Our guest is Emily Freeman. She is the Wall Street Journal bestselling author of five books, including "How to Walk into a Room" and "The Next Right Thing." She is also a spiritual director, workshop leader, and host of The Next Right Thing podcast, and her most important work is to help create soul space and offer spiritual companionship and discernment for anyone struggling with decision fatigue.

Historically, healers tapped into intricate body connections, like reflexology and chakras, along with herbal medicine, aromatherapy, cupping therapy, and the study of body element types… all without the help of X-rays, MRIs, and computers.
Today, we’re diving into the world of body element types, and it’s like unlocking a secret map to our own health. Think of it as the ancient version of a personalized health quiz. In traditions like Traditional Chinese Medicine, they talk about elements like Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water. Each of us fits into one of these categories, and it's not just for fun – it tells us a ton about what our bodies and minds crave for balance.
Understanding whether you're more Fire than Water, or more Earth than Metal, can change the game. It's like having insider knowledge on how to eat, move, and chill in ways that actually feel right to you.
So today we’re going to learn the secrets of your element type, plus a whole lot of other holistic health practices.
Our guest is the TikTok famous Dr. Anis Khalaf, aka @acupuncturefit on socials. He is a medically trained Acupuncture Physician who helps top performers get their health back through an ancient technique called Element Typing. He is the founder and CEO of Acupuncture Fit and VirtualTCM.com. He creates custom Traditional Chinese Medicine health plans for people who suffer from pain, infertility, addiction, gut and hormone imbalance, skin conditions, and severe, terminal, and rare cases.

It’s not a secret that we humans are starting to suck at connection. The days of deep listening, intimate sharing, and simply being together in the same space are becoming fewer and further between.
Instead, a quick DM or text has become our go-to, avoiding phone calls and, heaven forbid, unannounced visits. But here's the crucial part: while our methods of communication have shifted dramatically, the human need for physical connection hasn't.
So how do we get back to that deep connection that we know through mountains of research that humans thrive on?
Today we’re going to learn how to connect with one another deeply and consciously through the LOVE system.
Our guest is Talia Fox. She has become a visionary for leadership and legacy building. Her extensive background in psychology and education enables her to help people to be more present, more engaged, and more attuned to the intricacies of our interconnected world. She’s also the author of “The Power of Conscious Connection: 4 Habits to Transform How You Live and Lead.”

Ever wonder why some people seem to manifest abundance with ease while others get caught up in the same old mess of financial struggles or personal dramas? How is it that the same opportunities, the same world, can yield so many different outcomes?
Today, we're dissecting the impact of our subconscious money patterns and how they carry the weight of our past into our present, for better or for worse.
And what happens to us and to our dreams when we actually move from a mindset of scarcity to one of abundance.
You may recognize our guest, one of my dear friends Ashley Stahl. She is the author of YouTurn and host of the podcast of the same name. She is seriously a powerhouse of inspiration. And she writes TED Talks that will get you on that stage and help you go viral.
We’ve decided to introduce a new flavor to both our shows. Every now and then we’re going to do our own little version of a book club.
So today we’re going through one of my newest favorite books Happy Pocket Full of Money.

Can you be real with yourself for a moment? A part of you already knows what you want. And you know what you need to do. The hard part is actually getting yourself to do the thing.
The problem is that our comfort zones are… comfy. We don’t like to leave them.
But if you keep making the decisions you’ve always made, you’re going to keep building up walls that keep you where you are.
You are responsible for the life you create. No one’s going to do it for you. So, knowing that how can you bring yourself to give and produce your best when you least feel like it?
Today we’re going to figure that out. Our guest is Dre Baldwin. He is CEO and Founder of Work On Your Game Inc. He has given 4 TEDx Talks and has authored 35 books.
Dre had a 9-year professional basketball career, playing in 8 countries. And his framework is the "roadmap in reverse" for professional mindset, strategy, systems, and execution

• The unspoken emotional pacts we make in relationships.
• How to manage anxious attachments.
• The powerful steps to sit with your past wounds, understand their impact, and start to heal.
Have you ever found yourself wondering why certain feelings just won't leave you be? Like you're carrying this invisible backpack filled with emotions that somehow seem too familiar, no matter where you go or who you're with?
You might have asked yourself, why do these bits of the past cling so stubbornly, shaping not just moments, but your very life story?
See, the thing is, we're all a product of our experiences, but sometimes, it's not the ones you can outright remember that have the tightest grip. It's those subtle, often overlooked emotional imprints from our youngest years that silently steer the ship of our behavior, relationships, and, yes, even our self-worth.
But here's a kicker: these same shadows, as painful as they can be, also have the power to lead to the most profound understanding of ourselves.
Today, we're diving into just how much of our adult selves are blueprints scribbled in our young minds. Our guest is Jessica Baum. She is the founder of the Relationship Institute of Palm Beach. She has helped thousands of clients with her unique approach to healing, the Self-full® Method.

Have you ever felt trapped by your own thoughts about food and eating? Like you’re stuck in a cycle and can’t get out?
Right now, there's a big push against labeling any food as "bad." I agree that no one should feel shame about what they eat. For me, though, learning how our bodies react to certain foods was a game-changer. Realizing that many processed foods are engineered to be addictive shifted the blame away from my so-called lack of willpower to understanding the science behind it.
Personally, I don't classify all items as food; some are just lab creations to me. And some people feel like that is shaming…
I get that my approach might not jive with everyone's latest theories, but it's what's worked for me and others I know. However, I emphasize, what works for me doesn’t work for everyone. In today’s episode I’m going to give space to someone with a different view that has worked with more people than I have personally around this topic.
So today we’re changing our relationship with food in whatever way works for us.
Our guest is Kim Shapira. She is a celebrity dietitian, nutritional therapist, and author, with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Tulane University and a Master’s degree in Human Metabolism and Clinical Nutrition from Boston University. Kim has spent over 25 years helping people lose weight and keep it off (with a giant emphasis on keeping it off).

Have you ever felt like you’ve just completely lost yourself?
Maybe you've been in a relationship where you ended up blending so much into their world, their likes and dislikes, that you lost sight of your own. Or perhaps, growing up, you learned to put everyone else first to get by, carrying that habit into adulthood. Or you've chased down all the milestones of success society laid out, only to realize they don't actually make you feel fulfilled.
It's like there's a piece missing, right?
So the question is, how do you get back to yourself when you’ve gone too far? Or even when you’ve never quite found yourself in the first place?
That’s what we’re talking about today. Our guest is Sara Kuburic. She is an existential psychotherapist, consultant, and author of "It's On Me". She is passionate about helping people seek change and live authentic, free, and meaningful lives. Her interest in psychology stems from her personal experience living through wars, navigating complex relationships, and continually learning what it means to be human.
If you just can’t wait to dive into this topic, I need to tell you about a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity: SoulStrength Activation launches this week. I only have two spots left. We’re going to access your inner power (that's figuring out your unique gifts and vision), reprogram your mind for unshakeable self-belief, so you stop talking yourself out of the life you’re meant to live, and then create the life that truly fulfills you. So that you never wake up with that pit in your stomach that one more year has gone by and nothing has changed- ever again.
And there are many perks for this founding group. Send me an email, and we’ll hop on a call and see if we can squeeze you into this group so that your life can start to change now.
