After much anticipation FTK's next special series is finally here - The Grego & Andy Show. As hyped up on the main FTK show we are lucky to have both Andy Buchanan and Ryan Gregson together for a weekly podcast in the lead up to Andy's Valencia Marathon in December. Will we see Brett's record fall? For the first couple of episodes Joel (The Black Pearl) will be steering the ship before Riley (Polly Woodside) takes over from him when he returns to Melbourne.

Episode 19 kicks off with Brett & Joel informing the listeners about "The Blue Line" migrating to Patreon. The two then give a race preview of this weekend's Burnie 10 before going through their training weeks. After recovering from the NMMF Half, Joel visits Dave McNeill for help with his calf and begins hill specific training, while Brett spends the weekend in Canberra, also training over hills (though not intentionally).
