When Sarah Rusbatch wrote an article sharing her journey with alcohol, she didn’t expect to be inundated with messages from mum who said she could have been writing about them.
The mum of two had developed what she describes as 'a dysfunctional relationship with alcohol', and decided to cut alcohol from her life in early 2019 and has never looked back.
