What I discuss:
Delegate or delete – Remove something to make room for workouts.
Wake up at 5 AM – It’s hard at first, but it gets easier and ensures you get it done.
Stack it with other tasks – Find ways to combine movement with daily life.
Use your lunch break – If possible, work out midday when kids are at school.
Move during kids’ activities – Walk laps, do bodyweight exercises, and use whatever space you have.

Frequent movement improves focus and reduces brain fog, helping you stay productive without feeling drained.
Endorphin boosts from exercise snacks lift your mood and lower stress throughout the day, instead of relying on a single long workout.
Taking 10 minutes to move your body every hour can add up to a full workout at the end of the day.

We’ve been conditioned to think that weight loss is the goal. That if we just see the number on the scale go down, we’ll magically get the lean, toned body we want. But that’s not how it works.
Weight loss and body composition are not the same thing. Losing weight just means losing weight. It doesn’t tell you if that weight is coming from fat or muscle, and it definitely doesn’t guarantee you’ll look or feel the way you want.
So today, I’m breaking down one of the biggest weight loss myths that we need to UNALIVE. Yes, we need this myth to disappear because it is holding you back! So let’s bust these once and for all so you can focus on what actually works and finally build the body you want.
What I discuss:
Fat loss is NOT about eating as little as possible and working out more.
A small, sustainable calorie deficit works better than an extreme cut.
our workouts stay the same—3-5 strength training sessions per week is all you need.
You should NEVER live in fat loss mode. Cycle in and out for long-term results.
Reverse dieting is essential to keep your metabolism strong.

Okay, let’s talk about those “awards” we’re chasing—the ones that don’t exist but somehow control so much of what we do, how we feel, and how we show up in life.
Let me give you a few examples. Ever caught yourself secretly competing for the:
“No mistakes were made” award?
Or the “Most beautiful” award?
How about “Skinniest”?
“Lived up to all expectations”?
“Never said no”?
“Never asked for help”?
Oh, and let’s not forget the big one: “Liked by everyone.”
And last but not least, the “Didn’t need rest” award.
Are you cringing yet? Because SAME. The crazy part is, none of these awards are real. Literally none of these exist. No one is handing us trophies for being exhausted, perfect, or never making mistakes – but still, we’re running ourselves into the ground trying to win them.
So, today, we’re unpacking why we’re chasing these invisible awards, how they’re stealing our joy, and what we can do to let go of the pressure and just be.

Hey, Mama! First of all, let me say this: you are incredible. Your body just created a whole human being! Whether it’s your first baby or your fourth, you’re in a season of big changes—physically, emotionally, and mentally.
And while it might feel tempting to dive into the whole “bounce back” culture, I’m here to remind you that your body deserves so much more than that. This is your time to heal, replenish, and thrive. So let’s talk about how you can use nutrition to feel your best during this postpartum chapter!
What I discuss:
Don’t even think about dieting.
Also, don’t put pressure on yourself to count your macros
Use this time of life to eat intuitively — your body needs a lot so don’t hold back from giving it what it’s asking for.
If you do count one macro, let it be protein.
Try to build all your means around protein, aiming to get 20-30g per meal to keep you more energized and satiated.
After protein, fill your diet with lots of health fats and fiber.
Make sure you’re incorporating iron and vitamin-c rich foods into your daily food intake.
HYDRATE. HYDRATE. HYDRATE!
