On this episode of Wife of Crime, I'm telling Russ about a Baltimore serial killer I'm sure no one has heard of! I know this story because I know the arresting officer on the case. Ray was my grandmother's boyfriend he was a police officer for 47 years. He had some crazy stories but he told me that arresting Reginald Oates was by far the craziest one. Even after 56 years he ever forgot that day. Ray suddenly passed away 2 weeks ago, I am still so sad about this but I wanted to dedicate this episode to him and I hope he is smiling up there when he hears it. Moral of this story... Not all hero's wear capes... sometimes they wear a badge. RIP Ray ❤️

Moral of this story... sometimes everyone just needs to get real and say out loud "this makes no sense!"

On this week's episode of Wife of Crime I'm telling Russ about a killer in Florida who has committed some absolutely despicable crimes. Sadly however, despite these crimes there is a whole fan base of women who not only support him but also lust after him. Wade Wilson was convicted of 2 counts of murder this year and his groupies are still fighting for him.

On this episode of Wife of Crime I'm sticking with the Halloween theme and we are falling down the rabbit hole about Vampires! Folklore and legends are so fun to explore especially during this spooky time BUT what happens when folklore is taken way too seriously? I have 3 cases that get progressively worse, showing how beliefs in Vampires and the legends surrounding them can lead to evil rumors, weird rituals and even murder! Moral of the story... "if someone tells you they're a Vampire, just punch them in the face" - Russ

The case would take a wild turn 6 months later when a couple claimed to know who killed Teresita, they said they knew this information because her spirit told them who did it! On this episode of Wife of Crime I'm telling Russ the inspiring story of the special agents tasked with taking down one of the most evil men who ever lived, Adolf Eichmann, the architect of the Holocaust. Everyone can agree that there isn't anything much worse than a Nazi. The Nazi's did unspeakable things and at the end of WW2 around 5000 of them fled Germany and got away with it. BUT I'm interested in the heros of this horrific story... the men and women who made it their life's mission after the Holocaust to hunt these people down. This is just one of their stories.
Moral of this story...“Action is the only remedy to indifference: the most insidious danger of all"
