Over the years, the Task Force would get promising leads, but when executing search warrants, they couldn’t find a connection between the suspect and the crimes. They did get his DNA though. But it would take years to tie anyone directly to the murders using DNA.
Part 2 explores the 2001 arrest of the Green River Killer and his subsequent confession.
