Most of our lives we are able to think, feel and act out of clarity.
We can remember important things, know who we are and where we are.
BUT if we experienced trauma, we sometimes disconnect like we would suddenly go offline. We experience numbness and appear cut off.
Today, you will understand how dissociation actually feels like
You will learn how it protects you and where it comes from
And you will learn how to re-regulate, if you experience depersonalized or derealized states.

What is the first image, that comes to your mind, when you hear the word “Trauma”?
A car crash? Violence in a family? War?
These are severe and traumatizing events, for sure.
But, what if I’m telling you, that instead silent trauma causes many challenges we deal with, such as attachment & relationship-problems, constant shame and heavy emotional outbreaks?
What if I’m telling you, that your wounds from the past are not a result of the severe events, but of the things that didn’t happen, that should have?
Today, you will attain clarity what emotional neglect is
You will understand how emotional neglect from the past shapes our present and future and which challenges this means to us
And you will learn a process how to break free and relearn proper emotional processing in the here and now.

How to resolve complex childhood trauma symptoms can be answered in just one simple sentence:
Learn to unconsciously feel safe again (around other people).
BUT that is so much easier said than done for most of us.
We might rationally understand that there is no threat today, but deep inside on the level of our unconscious we feel unsafe.
We still don’t trust other people and we feel the need to hide behind a mask to protect ourselves.
Today I want to break down the challenge of complex trauma symptoms to the most fundamental and simple solution as possible.
I want to find answers to the question, whether there are overlooked ways, how we can directly reach out to our unconscious mind, where trauma memories are stored.
And we will see if there are practical ways to finally feel safe again.

1 out of 3 adults experienced some form of mistreatment by their parents or caretakers in their childhood. If you clicked on this video, you may be one of them.
BUT as children, we didn’t understand that our parents did mistakes.
As children, we thought, it’s our fault, that we got mistreated.
We concluded that we are wrong if we get neglected, abused or abandoned as a child.
Today’s episode is a reminder to wake-up from that illusion that we internalized for years and decades.
- Today, you will understand, that it wasn’t your fault, that you were neglected, abused or abandoned.
- You will truly feel, that you are beautiful, the way you are
- And you will learn how to break free from all the burden you might be carrying today

If you clicked on this video, you most probably belong to the 20% of our population who is highly sensitive or has a neurodivergent condition like autism, ADHD or similar.
Still, most sensitive people have no clue that they are highly sensitive or those who know about it, feel miserable for having these traits.
A lot of HSPs and Neurodivergents seem to feel alienated, misunderstood and left out within a society that increasingly gets sicker.
But instead of taking the role of victim, I want to encourage you with this video. We can’t change being highly sensitive or neurodivergent. That’s correct.
But we can change the perspective and beliefs we have about these conditions.
So today you will see that being sensitive is an absolute gift.
- You will also understand that HSPs and Neurodivergents are just DIFFERENT, not better or worse.
- And you will understand how you can create a great and fulfilled life as a highly sensitive individual within a not so sensitive society.

Almost 70 % of children experience at least 1 traumatic event before reaching age 16.
Parallel to that, highly sensitive children and children with autism or ADHD tend to experience traumatic events more often and as more severe.
BUT does that automatically mean, that they’re also more likely to develop symptoms of a post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)?
Today, we will shed some light on the question: “Is almost every neurodivergent person also traumatized?”
We will therefore discuss
- Why neurodivergents might be at higher risk to develop trauma wounds
- And also what maybe makes neurodivergent children and adults more resistant to traumatic events?

"I was first diagnosed with an Anxiety Disorder, at age 35 I was diagnosed with Autism and then my therapist told me I have ADHD as well."
I read a ton of these comments here on YouTube.
BUT there is one big problem: I suppose that many of them are far from the truth.
In fact, the reason for many symptoms people experience might be actually childhood wounds and trauma.
To prove that, today,
we will define, what complex trauma actually is (and that most people have a completely wrong understanding of it),
We will discuss, if many people really use autistic masking, or maybe do something else? ;)
Find out, if it’s actually ADHD caused inattentiveness or another learned pattern
And we will debunk many more typical autism and ADHD related symptoms
