Flow State of Mind Podcast
Here's the single biggest mistake I see coaches make with ads. It's not the targeting, the budget, or the offer.
It's creating content in a vacuum.
They sit down, think about what might work, write something, run it, and wonder why it's expensive.
Meanwhile their competitors have already done all the testing.
Their best ads have been running 90 days. The data is right there and almost nobody is looking at it.
Today in Part 2 of this series, I'll explain exactly how you can analyze and iterate your ads based on what's working right now and if you've been wanting to get more advanced with your AI skills, this is a perfect way to do so.

You've heard the advice a thousand times.
Post consistently. Show up every day. Create value. Be authentic.
And if you're like most coaches I talk to, you've done all of that.
And you're still sitting there wondering why the algorithm isn't rewarding you the way you expected.
Here's what nobody's telling you: the algorithm changed.
Fundamentally. And most coaches are still playing by 2022 rules in a 2026 game.
Today I'm breaking down exactly what Instagram and Facebook actually want from you right now across both your organic content and your paid ads.
And I'm going to show you why the coaches winning right now aren't necessarily more talented than you. They just have better intel.

A few weeks ago, I spent fifty-five thousand dollars trying to fix myself.
Not on a business problem. Not on a marketing campaign. On me. On my mental and physical state. And honestly? I'll get into the details of what that experience was like in a minute — but right now I want to tell you the most important thing I came home with.
And it wasn't anything the clinic gave me.
It was a reminder of something I already knew — the most important skill you can develop as a business owner isn't your work ethic. It isn't your offer. It isn't your content strategy. It's the ability to figure shit out.
And figuring shit out really just means one thing.
Knowing when to ask for help. And actually doing it.

I was listening to an IFCA coaching situation recently where a coach had a client who kept trying to quit.
Not once… twice.
And on the surface, it's easy to label that client as:
Difficult, Non-compliant, Unmotivated, and most would label them a "problem client."
And don't get me wrong. Those clients exist.
But here's the question I always ask:
"Is this actually a client problem… or a leadership problem?"
We'll walk through the answer to this question in today's episode.

If you are working harder than ever right now and your business still feels like it is barely moving…
There's a very good chance the problem is not your effort.
It's that you are solving the wrong problem.
And this is something I see all the time with coaches.
They are not lazy. They are not passive. They are not sitting around doing nothing.
They are doing a lot.
But they are spending their time optimizing things that are not actually the constraint in the business.
So today, I want to walk you through a really important concept that I think will help a lot of you simplify what you need to focus on next.
Because if you can get this, you will stop wasting so much time on things that make you feel productive but do not actually grow the business.

Most entrepreneurs don't fail because they lack strategy.
They fail because they cannot regulate themselves long enough for strategy to work.
They pivot too fast. They react too fast. They spiral too fast.
And the truth is…
Business does not reward intensity.
It rewards steadiness.
In the last episode I talked about the nervous system of a CEO and why regulation is the price of admission for leadership.
Today I want to go deeper into what that actually looks like in practice.
Because resilience and patience are not personality traits.
They are trained behaviors.
And if you can learn to build them, you dramatically increase your odds of building a business that actually lasts.

I want to tell you something that might frustrate you.
Business does not get easier.
It just gives you a new problem.
And if you are waiting for the moment where everything runs smoothly and there are no fires to put out, you are going to be waiting forever.
Because here is the truth.
You fix one constraint just to have another one pop up.
That is literally the game.
Today I want to reframe the anxiety you feel before the next level of growth.
Because the new constraint is not proof that you are failing.
It is proof that you are playing.

There is never a perfect time to have a baby as a business owner.
There is never a perfect time to hire.
There is never a perfect time to launch.
There is never a perfect time to rest.
If you are waiting for the moment when life and business align perfectly, you are going to wait forever.
Today I want to talk about what to do when life and business collide. Because the answer is not control.
The answer is better leadership.

Sales is not just a business skill.
Sometimes it is the moment where someone finally faces reality.
And I'm going to say something intense, but I mean it.
My dad died of a heart attack when he was 59. He had terrible lifestyle habits.
If someone would have got on the phone with him and been like, bro, no, you're not stopping, quitting smoking a week from now. You're stopping today. You're going to leave your family.
If someone went in on him, he'd probably still be alive today.
That's what I want you to sit with and why you need to learn sales with a DGAF attitude.
