Hello there! Just popping in to say happy holidays and a very merry Christmas. Your support for The Morning Ritual throughout the past year has meant a lot, I’m excited to share more with you in 2024.
During this time of the year, my rituals take on a different form. The days become less structured, and so do my mornings. I've taken a break from my regular workout routine and missed a few morning meditations. While I appreciate the change of pace, it’s nice to pause and recenter amidst the holiday hustle & bustle.
