    We are so glad you joined us here today for this guided meditation, that is made with love for you so that you can reduce stress and become completely relaxed.

    Being able to relax doesn't have to be difficult or take a long time. Relaxation and meditation is a very good method for managing physiological stress reactions, but can also have a positive effect on both emotional and behavioural parts. 

    Feeling stressed is something that most people experience at times in their lives. If the stress is short-lived, the body can often handle this on its own. In fact, short-term stress at the right level increases our performance. But if the stress becomes too strong and prolonged, we begin to experience negative consequences, which in turn are often exacerbated/intensified by the choices we make when we are stressed.

    We want to give you some practices and tools to help you to acknowledge, see and break negative stress spirals or anxiety. So that you can live a happier and more joyful life in mindfulness.

    Hello my friend, for today's episode we will experience a session of Yoga Nidra.


    This is a meditation that I have thought of doing for a long time and have really looked forward to. Just because of how much it has helped me in so many ways, and I would like to share it with you.


    Whether you've had a lack of sleep and are in need of new energy and recharge, or because you want to go deep and find stillness, connect with your inner truth or peace before sleep, this will be a go to.


    Yoga Nidra is often called yogic sleep, and is an amazing technique to release stress and tension held in the body. It is said that One hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to four hours of deep sleep because we go through all of the brain wave stages you typically go through during sleep only in a compressed amount of time.


    During the practice, stay completely still and listen to my voice as I will guide you through different parts of the body and rotation of consciousness.


    This Yoga Nidra meditation will help you to relax your mind and body completely. 🙏

This can also be applied to other strong emotions that block our vision or personal growth. In this meditation we will practise being in the now, exactly as it is. And invite you to a more mindful living. As the observer.


    First we will use some breathing practices that will bring you to the moment of now. Then we will use some very effective methods of noticing and releasing to gain awareness of our thoughts, feelings or sensations that can arise inside our bodies. With this increased awareness and acceptance you will see how they're only movements of energy that come and go. Soon you will feel a growing sensation of stability and peace where life or circumstances no longer can throw you off. And through this practice, with focused attention and repeatedly listening you can implement this more and more into your everyday life. And you can become a more peaceful and stable being. The one who watches. 🙏

This meditation practice was made with the intention to give you some tools for releasing limiting beliefs that may block your path of growth or may be holding you back in some areas of life. Everyone deserves to be loved, respected and accepted as the unique beings we are. When we hold on to false or limiting believes, that picture is what we show about us to others through actions and speaking.


    We strongly believe that a person can shine at its brightest when we love, respect and accept ourselves. These false and limiting beliefs might have been given to us by others, it could be beliefs we created on our own but are simply not right. When we are aligned with our own true selves and in acceptance of what is truly us, we are then in alignment with our true path. And then is when we truly can shine. Bright as stars.
