Are you overstimulated girl? Are you stressed out? Do you feel sensory overload 24 seven?
We're all just overstimulated at different levels, depending on the day, the week, the month.
Today I'm going to talk about a framework or idea to keep in mind when it comes to feelings of overstimulation and overwhelm.
This is just my experience with ADHD as an adult woman.
