    Zak Williams: Honouring His Father Robin Williams' Legacy by Transforming Pain into Purpose

Having lost his dad a decade ago, he knows it’s possible to live with the scars of trauma but it takes a lot of inner work to remain resilient.

    In this episode Sarah and Zak discuss losing his father to suicide, how he dealt with his own grief, depression and anxiety, and the world's sadness when his dad - one of the most famous people in the world - suddenly died.  He also discusses with Sarah the human experience and heartbreak, how it can save or destroy a person, and he takes listeners behind the scenes of his pioneering work in the mental health space.
