    Finding Your Purpose After Sports with Athletic Trainer Adam Quigley

    Originally from Laurel, Maryland, now based in Los Angeles, CA, Adam Quigley, MS, ATC, CES, PES was a collegiate soccer player at Salisbury University, additionally completing his Masters degree at the University of South Carolina in Sports Medicine. With over 8 years of Athletic Training experience, Adam currently is focused on Performance Wellness in music and entertainment, most recently touring with award-winning Australian band, 5 Seconds of Summer, after working with the dance crew sensation, the Jabbawockeez and supporting the U-20 US Men's National Soccer Team to qualify for the 2023 FIFA U-20 Men's World Cup and the 2024 Paris Olympics. Prior to his stint with the MLS’ LA Galaxy as a part of a staff that manages Sports Medicine, Performance, and Rehabilitation, he was the Head Athletic Trainer of San Antonio FC (USL), as well as an Athletic Trainer with the NFL's New Orleans Saints and USC Gamecocks Football. Adam focuses on movement, corrective posture, and contextual management in addition to soft tissue mobilization through therapeutic dry needling, fascial distortion model therapy, and other treatment techniques. He is a huge advocate for giving back and providing opportunities to high-school leaders, as the international Jewish youth group, BBYO, shaped many of his current ideals and relationships. He currently is a member of the BBYO International Wellness and Inclusion Advisory Council.

    Neuro-Spicy Chat with IFBB Pro Erin Gales

    Born and raised in Minnesota, Erin started dancing at the age of 3, which became her first love. After graduating from one of the top dance colleges in the country as a Dance Performance Major, Erin decided to take everything she learned from Oklahoma City University and figure out how to navigate the Los Angeles dance industry. Eventually, Erin found fitness at a time she felt lost. This led her to bodybuilding as she battled depression. A few years ago, she changed careers again and became a Technical Recruiter for Snapchat for 3 years. Erin chose a career that was not only going to financially support her love of bodybuilding, but also support her mental health. She was recently diagnosed with ADHD, OCD and autism and has been able to take the proper steps toward healing and loving her differences. After 7 years of competing, Erin became an IFBB Pro in July 2022. She recently started a new job as the Head of Brand Partnerships for a health and wellness travel company and is excited to be back in the industry she loves and can make massive impact.

    Athletic & Military Similarities with US Army Veteran Jason Wood

    After graduating college in 2004, Jason Wood was commissioned as an officer in the U.S. Army and served seven years of active duty. During that time, he completed three combat tours in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. In 2011, Jason completed his service in the Army and began working as a Department of Defense contractor. After his military service, Jason discovered that signing up for endurance challenges gave him specific goals to plan for and noticed that his confidence in building physical and mental fitness were translating into every area of his life.
