Kristi Service Nowrouzi has been in the real estate industry since she was 17 years old. Starting off as a part time receptionist at a very busy real estate office in her hometown, she quickly learned the ins and outs of the business. Just after high school, she got her real estate license with the intention of selling real estate. Unfortunately, self doubt and excuses got in the way and so Kristi went into property management. Fast forward a few years, she got her mortgage license and was a loan officer for 6 years until the global financial crash in 2008, where she pivoted into negotiating short sales for 4 years.
Kristi also worked as a Realtor with Keller Williams and then a boutique firm in downtown Sarasota, FL. She knows just how difficult it can be to procure a lead and then bring that lead to a successful closing. Fast forward to current day, Kristi has over 12 years experience originating mortgage loans and partnering with Realtors, Divorce Attorneys, Financial Advisors and CPAs to serve their clients with a high standard of excellence.
Having closed over $100,000,000 in loans and serving hundreds and hundreds of families, and working with hundreds of agents at all levels, Kristi has taken her years of experience and created a learning platform designed to propel brand new agents (and those with little guidance and training from their broker) to new heights of knowledge and confidence.
