As someone who's transitioned from a high-paced life in the military to civilian life, I can tell you firsthand how challenging that journey can be. One of the biggest hurdles I faced was the need to address past traumas and patterns of self-sabotage that had built up over the years. I realized that unresolved issues can seriously hold you back, preventing you from moving forward and reaching your full potential. For me, it was crucial to confront these problems head-on. Therapy, allowing myself to be vulnerable, and having honest conversations were key in this process. I had to take ownership of my experiences, forgive myself and others, and make a conscious effort to work on my mental health. It's only through this active, intentional work that I’ve been able to find true success and freedom from the burdens of my past. And I believe that anyone can do the same if they’re willing to put in the effort.
