Coaching resistant clients can be frustrating--all you want to do is help, and the client is resistant. Some people in the coaching industry simply label such clients as “uncoachable” and say they should be “fired.” I suggest a different approach, because your clients don’t *want* to be resistant! They want help getting out of the resistance.
