    In Conversation With Cathy Pope
Classically inspired with a modern simplicity, each piece features striking gemstones, from balancing amethyst to energizing carnelian. Hailing from exotic locations like Pakistan, Brazil and Africa, each gemstone has its own story to tell. Cathy’s jewellery is ideal for the woman who cares if her jewellery is made ethically and isn’t interested in following the crowd and wearing mass produced labels. With a successful design career, from costume design for TV, film and theatre to bespoke wedding dresses, Cathy Pope is quickly gaining a reputation in the New Zealand fashion scene for producing distinctive, timeless gemstone jewellery with stand-out style. When she’s not designing and creating her sought-after gemstone jewellery, Cathy is travelling to India to work with the artisans and gemstone cutters who help bring her designs to life.
