Victoria Moran, Age Like a Yogi: A Heavenly Path to a Dazzling Third Act
Victoria Moran is a longtime devotee of yoga and author of thirteen previous books on wellbeing, compassionate living, and eclectic spirituality. Creating a Charmed Life was an international bestseller, and Shelter for the Spirit and Lit from Within earned her spots on The Oprah Winfrey Show. Victoria hosts the Main Street Vegan Podcast, is founder and director of Main Street Vegan Academy, and a cofounder of the Compassion Consortium, an interfaith spiritual center based on the principle of ahimsa. She was, at age 66, voted Peta’s Sexiest Vegan Over 50 and in her early 70s trained as a yoga instructor (RYT-200) and raja yoga instructor. Victoria is a frequent speaker and podcast guest, based in New York City.

Nava Atlas’s first book was Vegetariana, originally published in 1984 and most recently updated in 2021. She has written many vegetarian and vegan cookbooks, including American Harvest, Plant-Powered Protein, 5-Ingredient Vegan, Wild About Greens, and Vegan Holiday Kitchen. Nava also creates trade and limited edition visual books on women’s issues, notably, The Literary Ladies’ Guide to the Writing Life and Secret Recipes for the Modern Wife. Isabella La Rocca González, Censored Landscapes
Isabella La Rocca González is an artist and activist based in the United
States. Her work is part of a long tradition in art and photography: to
bring to light and find beauty in the disregarded, hidden, or unconscious.
As a first-generation American, she strives to reconcile values from her Indigenous Mexican roots
with her European heritage. Her photographs have been exhibited internationally, including a solo show at the Center for Photography in Woodstock, NY. Her creative nonfiction works have been published in various venues, including the Women Eco Artist Dialog Magazine and the Everything from Nothing Journal. Her screenplay, Fugue 9, was chosen as a finalist for the 2008 Sundance Screenwriter’s Lab. She received her BA in fine arts from the University of Pennsylvania, and her MFA in Photography from Indiana University. After thirty years teaching art and photography on the post-secondary level, she has left academia to devote herself full time to her art practice and to growing a native pollinator garden.

Ellen Storm is a UK-based pediatrician with 28 years of experience in the NHS (National Health Service). She is the founder and director of U-Turn Health®: the UK’s first low fat, high raw, plant-based health education, coaching and consultancy company. She is the author of the book Diseases Have Causes: One Doctor’s Journey with an Apple and a Pen.
She has been vegetarian since the age of eight, vegan for thirteen years, and high-raw vegan for ten. She was the first-prize winner in the 2014 Hippocrates Prize for Poetry and Medicine. She is the author of the poetry collection Rupture (Hippocrates Press, 2015). She is the mother of twin girls.
Ellen Storm has a BSc in biomedical sciences (1997) a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MB BS) (2000). She is a member of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (MRCPCH) (2004). She has an MSc in public health (2005). She has a Certificate in plant-based nutrition (eCornell) (2014). She also has an MA in creative writing (2016).
She explains in her book how she got thrown off her PhD program after she wrote a rather controversial play. She notes she did get a distinction for module 2 of the PGCTHE (Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching in Higher Education) before she left.

Bill Hatcher, The Red Planet, Gendered Landscapes and Violent Inequalities
Bill Hatcher has instructed geography and anthropology courses since 1994, including: Peace Corps Tanzania, Alaska Pacific University, Matanuska-Susitna College, Blackburn University, National Outdoor Leadership School, Colorado Mountain College, Trinidad State College, and Pikes Peak State College. As an author, he has written for Colorado Central magazine, appeared on local radio shows, and has previously written two books published by Lantern: The Marble Room investigates religion and racism, and Principles of Flight examines the intersections of sexism, animal cruelty, and religious jingoism. (Principles was judged a finalist in the 2018 National Indie Excellence Awards in Social and Political Change.) Bill now teaches in southern Colorado, where he lives with his wife, Kim.
