#212: Have you heard of the donkey problem?
It’s one of the hardest philosophical problems to solve and the reason why is linked to one of the biggest things that’s holding you back in business and in life.
You see, the question of this problem was - if you place an equally hungry and thirsty donkey in the middle between food and water, which one should it go to first? There’s no wrong answer here.
Logically it should either eat or drink and then switch sides, but like us, the donkey may overthink the situation it is in and eventually end up dying of both hunger and thirst because it didn’t do anything. It overthought.
And overthinking is one of the main blockers that can keep us from achieving our goals - whether that is reaching our business/professional goals or any other types of goals you may have.

#211: Feeling overwhelmed and burnt out? You’re not alone. I can definitely say, "been there, done that..." 😅
In our fast-paced world, rest often feels like a luxury we can’t afford. But what if I told you that rest is actually the secret weapon that top entrepreneurs and high-achieving students use to maintain their edge and achieve their goals?
In this week's episode, we dive deep into the transformative power of rest and why it's not just sleep that you need. You'll discover why taking breaks is not just a luxury—it's a necessity for maximizing productivity, creativity, and overall well-being. We explore compelling personal stories and scientific research that illustrate how strategic downtime can lead to breakthroughs and accelerated success.
Come join us, as we continue to focus on sustainable productivity and success in this episode through:
As ambitious women, we often push ourselves to the limit, but it’s crucial to remember that rest fuels our success. It recharges our creativity and productivity, enabling us to achieve even more.
So don’t forget to take a moment for yourself today, and let’s embrace the power of rest together.
Remember, YOU Matter! See you in the next episode.
#210: Have you ever done this? You know what you should be doing, but you just can't bring yourself to do it?
And then often enough we start blaming ourselves of not being disciplined enough, not productive enough. And even worse- fall into self shaming cycle.
I'm going to raise my hand too, as I've definitely been guilty of this more than once. 😅😅
So why does this happen and how can we prevent this from happening in the future?
As enemy is good at using this opportunity to get us stuck.
But, before I dive into that, I want to welcome you back to the Christian CEO Podcast, where we are changing things up a bit. In the last few months, we've felt led by God to focus on sustainable productivity and success - because as some of you may have experienced for yourselves - hustle culture can be quite toxic for our mental and physical health.
So we will be focusing on how to achieve this TRUE productivity and first up on the agenda, is the execution gap.
The place where our intentions and our actions don’t align. So that even though our to do list is set, we don't get it done or fall behind so heavily due to goals and timelines that are too ambitious or lack of margin planned in for those unexpected last minute things that pop up.
Come join us as we explore how to overcome this execution gap and share with you the 4R framework that can help bring you to a more aligned life.
Remember, YOU Matter! See you in the next episode.

#208: Welcome back to Part 2 of our Easter Series.
This year at SheInherited, we felt a strong calling to bring you something truly special for this Easter season. We are diving into our personal stories to show that even the toughest challenges can be overcome. Today, I'm opening up about mental health, depression, and burnout.
Growing up as a Third Culture Kid, I experienced constant change that took a toll on my mental well-being. Despite outward appearances, I struggled with exhaustion, disconnection, and numbness throughout high school and university.
Seeking help through counseling was a turning point, but the road to recovery was tough. I flunked out of university, battled chronic fatigue syndrome due to long-term side effects of COVID, and went through the stages of depression.
So today I wanted to share with you my journey of brokenness to witness the resurrection of hope and healing.
But, this journey isn't just about me—it's for anyone facing tough times. Because the path to overcoming anything isn't paved with silence but with sharing, healing, and, ultimately, rising.
Remember, YOU Matter! See you in the next episode.
