    Romans 13:1-7

Romans Series: These verses teach the importance of submitting to governing authorities, as all authority is established by God to maintain order and administer justice. Resisting authority is seen as opposing God's ordinance, while obedience is encouraged not only to avoid punishment but also to maintain a clear conscience. Rulers are described as God's servants, tasked with rewarding good behavior and punishing wrongdoing, acting as agents of justice. Christians are also urged to fulfill their civic duties, including paying taxes and giving respect and honor to leaders, recognizing these acts as part of their spiritual responsibility to support the order God has instituted.

Anointed deviations do not slow down your calling

Daily Study: I am a strong believer of staying focused and not deviating from your calling, because focused pursuits over time bring success. Whereas, deviations from your path slow down your calling to a standstill. However, we also have Holy Spirit inside us who knows how to navigate the ups and downs of a calling. This means that there may be seasons when Holy Spirit will direct you to take an anointed deviation that may appear to break your focus. The difference between an anointed deviation verses a self-appointed deviation is that an anointed deviation does not slow down the success of your calling. It will compliment it.

God desires for us to work with Him

Daily Study: Many believers are in a holding pattern, waiting on a direct word from God to get moving. However, God is not a micromanager. God has given us the general direction and wants us to be constantly moving forward. He just needs us to listening out for His stop signs and specific turns throughout our journey. Rather than pushing or pulling us, God desires for us to work with Him along the way.

He also shared his understanding of a prophecy made by Kim Clement, which was fulfilled in the 2020 and 2024 elections, and emphasized the importance of not idolizing political figures and the need to pray for those in authority. The forum also included personal experiences and concerns shared by attendees, with a focus on the election's impact on different communities.

When you are not “in love” with your vision anymore

Daily Study: It is bound to happen at some point—you fall out of love with the vision God gave you. This is very common even though most Christians are afraid to admit it. However, this is not due to a lack of faith. It is a natural part of the process. When it happens, we have to commit to love the vision and take a much needed break for a little bit.

Why many are frustrated with the Church

Daily Study: Research shows that each year millions of Christians leave their local church. They are not leaving Jesus, just the church because of frustration and burnout. This situation has been on my heart for a while and God has now given me the words to express why this is really happening. Simply put, it is because the vision of the local church is/was elevated above the vision of the individual church member.

    Romans 12:9-21

Romans Series:  Romans 12:9-21 is a call to authentic love and harmonious living within the Christian community and beyond. It encourages believers to be sincere in love, hate evil, and hold tightly to what is good. Paul instructs believers to honor each other, serve with zeal, and maintain joy, patience, and faithfulness in prayer. He emphasizes generosity, hospitality, and blessing even toward those who persecute. Paul urges believers to empathize with others, live humbly, and seek peace, avoiding revenge and leaving justice to God. This passage embodies a life of compassion, humility, and kindness, reflecting Christ’s love in relationships with others.
