Review/analysis of Stephen King's Dark Tower series
Sorry that it has been a while. With School, Work, and other things, I've been rather busy.
Plus, I had to put my 11.5 year-old GSD, Magnum, down yesterday. It's been an emotional 18 hours. My house is too quiet, I think.
Anyway. I listened to some of this before I posted and I know we're a bit raunchy in parts, but hey - this is us. Dann and I have a plan for something special, next, so hopefully it won't be two months until you see it.
Hug your fur-babies for me,
Adam
Dann actually finished editing this a week or two ago, and I promised to get it up right away. Yeah. That happened. LOL
Enjoy folks! The saga continues...
Always.

Coming right on the heels of our TDT Movie commentary - here's the episode we recorded a few weeks before it came out.
Enjoy, everyone!
You have been given fair warning. If you have not seen the movie, but want to, DO NOT listen to this podcast as it **WILL** spoil it for you. Utterly and totally.
With that being said, we'd like to welcome a special guest, my cousin, James Campbell!
Welcome to the podcast, James!
We hope you all enjoy the view points, and if you agree/disagree/whatever, feel free to leave a comment.
I have to say something before I say anything else.
Dan and I decided to do this in one take. We did not watch a clock, nor did we edit more than a small amount of silence out of the end.
If you'd like to watch the trailer with us, start it when the audio gets to 5:14. YES. 5. MFing 14. (Click here to watch (5:14 = 19))
It kind of freaked us out a little bit, too.
That being said - this is our take/commentary on the trailer (the first one, if there happens to be more) for The Dark Tower, due out August 14, 2017.
Dan pointed out that I fibbed...I was a bit hung up on the blue eyes thing, but I *DID* say that I would give them a chance to show me that Idris was a good choice. I'm pleased with what I've seen so far.
Long days and pleasant nights,
Adam
Ladies and Gentlemen,
Here it is. The next installment in the Gunslinger Quest Cast. Sorry it took a bit. You'll hear us talking about a blizzard. It certainly isn't happening in our area in May, that's for sure.
Some other things to note: this was recorded after a long hard week at work (kinda), and with the anticipation of a snow-day the next day (which really isn't a day off for me, just a WFH day)...if it sounds more................ Relaxed, let's say - that's why.
Also, Dan actually had a pretty good grasp of what Antidisestablishmentarianism is. That was a surprise. He was also right about some other thing that escapes me at the moment.
I'll let you guys figure out who's ahead...
Long days and pleasant nights,
Adam
Well, folks, here comes another episode of the Gunslinger Quest Cast. As you know, time slows, and may even go backward, when you approach the tower. We're trying to get back on track...
Long days and pleasant nights,
Adam & Dan
Yeah, we're taking our good ol' time, but think about it - the end of this podcast/series is OUR Dark Tower. Time Slows, Stops, and may even start to move backward as we approach it.
