In the latest Book Club, and last one of 2024, Tadd and Peter join the story with Hambry entering the rainy season. Eldred Jonas runs into Cordelia and takes her for a cup of tea as she spills the tea to him about her suspicions that Susan had slept with Will Dearborn.  We also see Rhea absorbed in the glass and being reminded of Susan and her plans for her. Jonas reeling from the idea that the boy had potentially put something so big over on him and goes to investigate Citgo where he finds the fallen Rook Skull. Jonas sets a trap and sleeps with Coral Thorin. And Musty shows up in Town

In the penultimate Book Club for 2024 Tadd and Peter jump into Hambry as they begin the harvest and await the coming Reap Festival. Rhea makes up with Musty and the Glass while thinking of a way to pay Susan back. Alain and Cuthbert have it out with Roland and out of it comes and idea for moving to The Drop after warning the Town where they will be and when. The next day on the way Roland makes a mistake with Susan in the window and Cordelia sees, they give their schedule to Avery. Susan has a blow up with Cordelia about the wave from Roland. Avery and company rejoice at the stupidity of the boys, but Jonas doesn't buy it.

Sections Covered Interlude and Part 3 Chapter 1, Subchapters 1–5)   In the 19th Book Club on the 19th Day of October 2024 Tadd and Peter visit Roland's Second Ka-Tet as they realize the night is holding despite the long tale, and Roland warns them about the rest of the story but they want him to finish. In Mejis the Huntress moon and the Reap begins, and Roland and Susan are delirious in love at the expense of all other things. Cuthbert and Alain are beside themselves with Roland's actions. Jonas talks about going to investigate the Bar K, and Rhea is livid that her plans with Susan were foiled.

In the latest Book Club Tadd and Peter follow Susan fleeing her aunt onto The Drop to her private place where Roland follows her and consoles her. Then duty and honor are finally thrown to the wind and they two finally give into their desires. All the while Rhea watches, but is interrupted and Musty pays for it. Then Susan finally follows the final orders given to her by Rhea. Then Roland hypnotizes her to figure out what happened but has minimal success. And Cordelia meets Jonas in town and later is suspicious of Susan and thinks she bears closer watching.

In the latest Book Club Tadd and Peter re-join Roland and Susan as they investigate Citgo and find what the Big Coffin Hunters went to so much work to hide. Susan asks Roland to ask her to break her vow and he refuses. After they part Roland sees Roy return in a rush. Then we follow Susan into the most important day of her life, as she has a horrible run-in with the Mayor.
