She emphasizes the importance of extra nuances that we bring to who we are or how we show up, that make a big difference. Dr. Selking shares examples of how to incorporate the "extra" in various aspects of life, such as personal routines, business practices, and even orientation programs. She encourages an abundance mindset and reminds listeners that the difference between ordinary and extraordinary lies in that little extra effort.
