    Tara Walked up Pen Y Fan this morning
    Getting involved in a group exercise while complying with Social Distancing can be so beneficial right now. Ryan Jones raised over £30,000 for the NHS while cycling and running. Geraint Thomas raised over £300,000 while cycling for 12 hours a day for 3 days. Tara has climbed Pen Y Fan this morning (up and down her stairs) with her Life Transformers. There's a good reason for the Government telling us to take that hour a day of exercise and you should do it ... with a little help from your friends ... and here's why.

    How much exercise can I do outside?
    The Government guidelines say we can take one period of exercise per day outside. Tara explains what is permissible.
