Each week, comedians and best friends Jessica St. Clair and June Diane Raphael take a ‘deep dive’ into their real lives and discuss a wide range of topics including how to pursue joy amidst the insanity of motherhood and family, grief and loss, sh*t they put on their faces, and why they refuse to check their voicemails or unpack their suitcases. The Deep Dive captures the friendship of two women trying to survive adult womanhood. Their motto, shared by their loyal Deep Divers, is "Let Us Live!"
This week we revisit a special episode. June and Jessica are back to hosting dinner parties, debuting new accoutrements and taking NOTES. June also learns new things about Jessica and one of which includes her never having had a margarita?!! Then, the gals welcome their personal Consigliere, Jessica Chaffin (Hacks, Ask Ronna) to the podcast. The three gals discuss unannounced drop ins, the depths of motherhood, and how Jessica’s alter ego, Ronna Glickman, helped them all grow into adult women.
Deep Divers, we cannot stress this enough DO NOT COOK.

June is back from Miami with all the laughs and another strong argument for First Flight of the Day. Jess has already had a Tracy Flick morning and is searching for a recovery from the ever-present burnout. Together, they have possibly found the answer as we ask ourselves and our family members/colleagues to, “Own Your Bucket.”

Husbands are lurking, per USUAL, and the gals wonder if there might be a witch hunt brewing! Do you know what kind of partner you have? Are they an Elevator, Brother, Ally or… Stranger? Then, Jess shocks June with how much she HATES space and that she might be a flat-earther. Remember, Deep Divers, when the aliens come, it will be JUNE who invited them.

This week, we’re revisiting one of our favorite episodes! Comedian and real-life mermaid, Nicole Byer (Best Friends podcast, NBC’s Grand Crew) joins June and Jessica and let us tell you we cover IT ALL! First, June has allergies and looks to Jess and Nicole for direction on her new identity as an allergy haver, and Nicole fills us in on why her voice is so sexy and gives us a review of the Vegas stage production of RuPaul’s Drag Race. Then, Nicole dishes about the dog that ruined her SATs and all the movies she hasn’t seen. Finally, June and Nicole bond over the wild yet wonderful sh*t that happens in acting school. Remember Deep Divers, sometimes you're a mermaid, and sometimes you're just seaweed on the floor.

June is back from Europe, and can confirm the itinerary was a work of art. Jess searches for signs from loved ones who've passed and finds them. Also, dogs are made of love, and worth a new couch sometimes.

This week, Jess has to turn in a script by EOD, but when do we ever really stop the workday? June is confused to hear herself in the trailer for Jess and Casey's new audiobook, The Art of Small Talk, since she was not officially interviewed. All will be revealed though, and together they practice active listening, maybe for the first time ever?

Buckle up and get ready to bang it out, respectfully. June's hair is fragile, but the desire for blonde is much, much stronger. Jess introduces her family to Little Women and the great, deep weeping that goes with it. All this before Elizabeth Laime joins, a Deep Diver and dear friend, as well as a fellow founding podcaster. Elizabeth walks the ladies down a rabbit hole of her sexual fantasies before sharing how to bring the cozy, midwest aesthetic to your own GC.

Spring has sprung, even though our calendars are falling behind. June and Jess go on an outdoor run to mixed reviews before facing a mountain of journals/inner demons. Then we welcome Ritu Sharma, the Vice President for US Programs and Policy Advocacy at CARE USA, an incredible organization that puts women first, fighting poverty and delivering global humanitarian aid.
