    Queeriosity | Drug Fucked
Drugs can be fun, some believe drugs like cannabis even has healing properties, but when does recreational drug use become problematic? Which drugs are Queers partaking in and what are the effects when you mix recreational drugs with other drugs, alcohol, hormones or HIV medication? Renee and Tam have a chat about what the drug landscape is like within the Queer community and chat about drug usage, connection, intimacy, mental health, risk taking behaviours, stigma, drug use, harm reduction, services available & how to assist friends you may believe are struggling.

    Queeriosity | Puppy Play
In an earlier episode on Fetish when we were a little less educated, we touched on Puppy Play within the kink/fetish community. We finally got to meet some pups; Huffer, Tycho & Sabre to have a chat with them and find out exactly what puppy play or "pupping out" is and what they get up to. It's a very insightful interview and we learned that for many pups, this particular fetish is a great way to escape from reality & improve mental health. We hear about the different roles that pups take on, breeds as well as what makes a pup or handler. We investigate the demographic of pups and whether puppy play is solely a sexual kink.

    Queeriosity | #facesofprostitution
If it wasn't for sex, none of us would be here. Why does so much of society stigmatise people who do sex for a living? We catch up with Tilly Lawless; a Queer writer, sex worker & activist from Sydney who gives us some insight into her life as a Queer sex worker, the "Whorearchy" and what we as a community can do to support sex workers. We'll leave you with Tilly's words from a piece she wrote for Oyster Mag; "So when people question why I do it — what I fuck coked-up men at three in the morning for — and how I can be happy doing it; how I can not come to value myself less when I charge, I think of the fact there is a large wedge between me and struggle. That unlike a lot of queer women I am financially stable — endlessly grateful to be so aware of how lucky I am; I know that my whiteness and class have given me a massive head start. And no, someone else's idea of 'self respect' will never be of greater value to me than paying rent." www.oystermag.com/oyster-diaries-tilly-lawless-on-her-life-as-a-sex-worker PS. We bid farewell to Cyrus as he embarks on travel for a few months and welcome Ruth excitedly as a new Queeriosity host. Until next time xo
