Simeon Gholam is joined by Sky Sports experts Andy Hinchcliffe and David Stowell to pick out the best and brightest talents from across the EFL.

In part one and two, Hinchliffe picks out 10 of the best players aged 21 and under from the Championship this season. Jobe Bellingham, Shea Charles, Ben Doak, Callum Doyle, Tom Fellows, Alfie Gilchrist, Willy Gnonto, Tyler Goodrham, Luca Koleosho and Chris Rigg.

In parts three and four, Stowell takes over to assess the lower tiers. In League One it's Louie Barry, Richard Kone, Joe Whitworth, Miles Leaburn and Tyler Bindon.

And in League Two it's Nathan Lowe, Joel Colwill, Jack Shorrock, George Abbott, Max Conway and Jamie Knight-Lebel.

On this week's episode of The EFL Interviews on the Essential EFL podcast we hear from three young players who are really starting to make a name for themselves in the Football League.

First, Simeon sits down with Portsmouth midfielder Freddie Potts who speaks about stepping up to Championship level and winning a European trophy with his parent-club, West Ham.

Then it's Stoke and Wales youngster Lewis Koumas. Son of former pro Jason, Lewis is out on loan from Liverpool and getting to grips with his first full season in senior football.

And finally Simeon chats with Bolton captain, George Thomason. After being given the armband earlier in the season George explains how he's trying to inspire his side to put last season's playoff final defeat behind them.

Attention then turns to League Two and runaway leaders Walsall, the battle ensuing below them for the other automatic spots, and the struggles of Carlisle and Morecambe at the bottom.
