In those 11 years he’s won two British Superbike titles, podiumed at Suzuka, ridden to second place in the Senior TT and extended his personal best lap around the island to over 134 mph. The last two seasons of BSB with FHO Racing haven’t quite gone to plan but the hunger and desire to win are still very evident.

Motorcycle racing can give the highest of highs while retaining the ability to kick you when you’re down and my guest this week has seen his fair share of both. His talent has never been in doubt but his career thus far has never quite fulfilled that talent. For 2024 Fraser Rogers made his return to the Bennetts British Superbike championship with TAG Honda where despite a serious MX crash earlier in the summer the Gloucestershire rider has been a regular points scorer as he relishes a new lease of life with the team. It’s been a rough ride over the years and Fraser is brutally honest about the mistakes he’s made and the dark places he’s found himself.
