She shares great advice for students that are looking to break through into the industry and seasoned professionals alike. 

    Shaabini is also the current President of WiOPS (Women in Construction Operations), an organization that she helped found. She talks at length of some of the struggles she has faced as a women in construction, and the support she has had along the way from both inside and outside of of Murray Company.

    2. Hard Work is what makes the difference.
    3. Relationships are the primary key to success and/or failure.
    4. Honesty and Integrity (especially in construction) cannot be emphasized enough.
