Mike Benz says the FBI investigation into the Trump assassination attempt stinks to high heavens. We are now coming up a week since the shooting and it's a total black hole. The FBI has essentially jumped on the grenade the same way they did for investigations around January 6th, the same way they did for investigations around the Gretchen Whitmer fed napping the same way they did around, basically every seemingly major event where there appears to be a federal nexus. Benz says nobody should have any trust in the FBI – it's the same FBI that plotted to have an insurance policy to stop Trump from being elected in the first place.

Professor Nicholas Giordano joins us on today's episode to discuss Americans growing distrust in U.S. Universities. A new Gallup poll finds that only 36% of Americans have confidence in higher education -- down 21 points from 2015. Giordano says something is fundamentally broken within the system. When it comes to colleges, there are a number of reasons that we're witnessing this. First is that students are paying an enormous amount of tuition. They're graduating with this huge student debt burden, and then they go to get a job, but they can't find a job because many of them get a useless degree. Only 37% of college graduates understand critical thinking, have the ability to solve problems. Many have difficulty interacting with coworkers. We are also seeing the left-wing indoctrination taking place on college campuses, the diversity, equity, inclusion initiatives and degree requirements that have been pushed into the system. This is all being forced upon students and now has some withdrawing from the system because they don't want the far-left ideology being pushed on them.

Congressman Tim Burchett says the GOP is always so fast to make a compromise when they are in the majority. Missouri AG Andrew Bailey filed another lawsuit this week against the Biden Regime for forcing healthcare providers to perform gender transition surgeries on the taxpayer dime. Bailey says it's abominable behavior and consistent with the left-wing radical ideology in place of practical good. He says they're going to sacrifice our children in the process and we've got to fight back. The Department of Health and Human Services issuing a rule that purports to use Obamacare to mandate that physicians in Missouri perform radical gender mutilation surgeries on children and taxpayers pay for it is absolutely illegal and violates state law. Bailey has also filed suit against the Marxist Dems in New York who are waging lawfare on President Trump. The AG says we've got to put a stop to this lawfare that is absolutely injecting a poison into our democratic process. This is about protecting Missouri's sovereign interest in this state as a state, and participating in a national presidential election and on equal footing with other states. We can't let a rogue prosecutor and collusive judiciary in New York hijack the democratic process and deprive Missourians of access to, and the ability to hear from, presidential candidate in the heat of a campaign in the most important national election in in this nation's history.
