    Welcoming Aries

Heidi and Ellen welcome the sign of Aries.  The March equinox represents the dawning of the new year and a symbolic rebirth. We enter the season of the assertion of self. We come forth in the name of our authentic BEING. We feel our ‘I-ness” and offer who we are to the world. This is the month of new ideas and daring and powerful initiatives. This is a potent time to set intentions.

They then dish about what is happening with the royals in the UK and look at the chart of Robert Downey Jr.  Heidi reads the poem A Short Piece of Choral Music by Jonathan Davidson.

    Maybe I'll Be a Beekeeper

Heidi and Ellen are together again after a short absence. They talk about the joy and sadness that arises when we return to homes we once lived in; last Sunday’s Academy Awards (they both loved them); and recent movies they have seen including the Zone of Interest and Dune 2

They then take a question from Paige. Paige has two children under the age of 3 and has loved being a stay at home mom. But finances and a desire to make her mark are pushing Paige back into the working world. She has so many ideas but has analysis paralysis. Her three constants are that she wants to work for herself; she wants to make the world a better place; and she wants to be creative.

Ellen mentions the books How To Write One Song by Jeff Tweedy and The Artists Way by Julia Cameron.

    Navigating a Hard Season

It’s another Q+A day! Heidi and Ellen catch up with each other and talk about where they have been and where they are going. Heidi is watching Love is Blind (a guilty pleasure). Ellen is watching award shows (the SAG Awards and the Independent Spirit Awards) to ready herself for the main event (the Oscars) in two weeks. She is also reading The Overstory by Richard Powers, which she loves.

They take a question from Betsy. Betsy feels like she is going through a mid-life crisis. These past few years, her family has withstood a hurricane of sad losses, including her job. She has taken some time off to try to steady her ship, and it is almost time to go back to work. She wants to be very intentional with her next moves and set the right example for her children. More than anything, she wants to be happy and fulfilled again.

    Welcoming Pisces

Heidi and Ellen welcome the sensitive, poetic sign of Pisces. Throughout the month we will feel the great waters lap up upon the shores of our lives. We will listen within. We will write poetry. We will play music. We will connect with the divine in a myriad of ways. We may even find ourselves completing a chapter, letting go, and moving on. Trust your intuition to guide you through this month.

After talking about the transits Ellen and Heidi do a deep dive into the chart of Olympic champion Simone Biles (Pisces sun) and the legendary Joni Mitchell (Pisces moon)  Heidi reads the poem For The Hardest Days by Clint Smith.

    Reflections

It’s another Q+A day!  Heidi and Ellen muse about the Super Bowl and Usher and all the buzz. They talk about the daily barrage of bad news and the calming effect of shows like One Day. Ellen is also trying to get through War and Peace.  It is a heavy lift! Then they take a question from Mark.

Mark has been in a job for the past four years that has been weighing him down. After going through his Saturn return last year, he started to build a foundation of things he enjoys, however, none of them are lucrative enough to sustain him. He was recently told his contract is not being extended. The company offered him a different role, with a 60 % decrease in pay, with no option for severance or unemployment.  He wonders whether to work in this role or quit and find something else.

In the past couple of months, a large number of both junior and senior staff have left for many different reasons. She loves what she does yet with so many people leaving, her responsibilities have grown but her title and pay have not been adjusted. She is seeking tips for navigating through this overwhelming time that will allow her to grow with the organization. She wonders if this is a good time to ask for a promotion. Live Q&A with Carole Silverstein

Heidi and Ellen are LIVE again with a hot seat episode. Today, they take a question from Carole Silverstein, a Los Angeles visual artist.

While she has many successful things happening at this time, she is also feeling uncertainty in her professional & financial life. She wants to know the cosmic perspective of what is happening so she can keep practicing trust, ease & grace. Her early wiring and conditioning around fear of the future/unknown, especially around money keeps getting in her way.

You can see Carole’s amazing work on her website at https://www.carolesilverstein.com. And on Instagram:@carolesilverstein @carolesilversteinstudio @yourinnerjewels.
