Emotional eaters are nice, right? Well, yes, seeing as we’re people-pleasers. But when we stuff strong feelings (like anger) with food, then we end up enraged. But since being angry doesn’t mesh with the nice image we like to present, we must find a new way to navigate the difficult emotion of anger. In this episode, I share about making peace with anger.
