In this episode I read a chapter from the book "Mysteries of the Old West," that recounts a fascinating true story from 1888 where two cowboys mistakenly stumble upon a lost city hidden in the cliffs of southwest Colorado while searching for their lost cattle. How would they find their way inside the ancient cliff dwellings? What did they see and experience deep inside? Who were these ancient inhabitants and why did it seem that they had suddenly vanished without a trace? So what really happened to the Anasazi? Why do the legends of the other four-corners tribes whisper that the Anasazi disappeared? Why does the ancient rock art of the Anasazi seem to depict strange spiral vortexes, portals, and what appears to be entities that came through them such as humanoids, chimeras and giant, six-fingered and six-toed footprints? At the end of this episode I share the shocking details of an archaeological excavation that appears to reveal that the Anasazi met a horrific end...

Inishmore is the largest of the Aran Islands of Galway Bay in Ireland and is an area consisting of 12 square miles. It is the largest island off the Irish coast with no bridge or causeway to the mainland. One of the most remarkable features of Inishmore island is the Poll na bPéist which translates as the "Serpent’s Lair," relating to the legend of a reptilian sea monster from Gaelic folklore. Most of the locals just refer to it as the Wormhole. This is likely the most unusual sight you’ll encounter if you ever explore Inishmore. It is truly considered one of Ireland’s top hidden gems, because what you will behold is what appears to be an almost perfectly cut giant rectangle into the limestone floor. Is the Wormhole of Inishmore just a natural wonder or is it an artificial creation of the ancients?

In this exclusive interview I sit down with Andrew Collins, author of the new book "Karahan Tepe: Civilization of the Anunnaki and the Cosmic Origins of the Serpent of Eden." This book is Andrew's two-decade long quest to understand this sister site of Göbekli Tepe. Explaining how Karahan Tepe functioned as a shamanic centre for oracular communications, Andrew shows how the site's rock-cut structures were used to connect with the Galactic bulge and stars of Scorpius in their role as, respectively, the head and active spirit of a world-encircling snake identified with the entire length of the Milky Way. He traces this serpent motif throughout history, identifying it with the biblical serpent of Eden, the Kundalini of Vedic tradition, and the black snake of the Yezidis. He shows also how the founders of Karahan Tepe were recalled in Hebrew myth and legend as the Watchers and Nephilim and in Sumerian and Babylonian mythology as the Anunnaki. These then were the true founders behind Taş Tepeler, the world’s first post ice age civilization, a subject he has championed since the writing of his seminal work “From the Ashes of Angels” in 1995, penned as the first spades were going into the ground at Göbekli Tepe.
