*20g sea salt to 80g water

The guys make a hit whiskey-and-champagne cocktail from the craft blogosphere
HARVEST SPARKLE RECIPE:Â
1oz/30ml WHISKEY
1tbsp + 1tsp CIDER HONEY SYRUP*Â
1oz/30ml (or top up) PROSECCO
CIDER HONE SYRUP RECIPE:Â
1/2 cup HONEY
1/4 tsp GROUND GINGER
1/4 tsp GROUND CINNAMON
1/8 tsp GROUND CLOVES
1 cup ORANGE JUICE
In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk ingredients together until it starts to bubble. Remove from heat and let it cool for 5 minutes.
Combine whiskey and cider honey syrup in a shaker filled with ice.
Shake and strain into a cocktail glass, then add prosecco. Garnish with rosemary sprig.
