ROCKET FUEL RECIPE
Blend ingredients (except Amaretto) with ice in an electric blender. Pour into a large glass and float Amaretto on top. Garnish with pineapple slice and a cocktail cherry (optional).

Drink down the neck of a bottle of Corona. Add rum, coconut cream and pineapple juice. Gently tilt to mix. Garnish with a slice of lime.

BRASS MONKEY RECIPE
Take a cold 40oz bottle and drink it down to the top of the label. Pour in orange juice until the bottle is full, then shake or turn over gently to mix.

Add ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well and, with some gusto, SLAM the contents, ice and all, into a chilled rocks glass. Garnish (optional) with one Fabri Amarena cherry. If this option is exercised, it is referred to as a "Han Slammer with a Bee Sting"
