The Baby Bubble, hosted by twins Jessie and Clare Stephens (who had their first babies just 6 months apart), dives into the absurdity and hilarity of the first few months of newborn life. From the first post-birth poo, to the myth of schedules, and the absolute mayhem that comes with trying to leave the house. If you’re looking for advice you’ve come to the wrong place, but if you want someone to crawl down into the chaos with you, we’re already here and the water is great!
In this special emergency episode of Mamamia Out Loud Jessie Stephens shares all the details of her birth story.
From her 62 and a half hour labour, to the first cuddle with baby Luna.

There comes a time in most parents lives where they ask the question... should we have another kid?
If the answer is yes, you can't always guarantee you know, or get, what you've signed up for.
That's exactly what happened when ABC Journalist and Podcast Host Matt Bevan and his wife Rachel looked to expand their family... they got a lot more than they bargained for.

Okay, so international travel is stressful at the best of times. Got your passport? packed all your medication? do you have enough underware?
Now image throwing a tiny human into the mix...
From strategic seat selection, to the realisation of just how inaccessible some major tourist city's are, Sami Shah has been there and done that.

If you hadn't heard, babies generate a lot of waste. Like, more waste than we care to admit.
So naturally swinging from one extreme (environmental disaster) to another (zero waste) should be a seamless, obvious choice, right?
WRONG. This week Veronica Milsom reminds us about the time she tried to raise her second baby... waste free.
Warning: this episode contains something called elimination communication (look, idk...)

Last season Clare regaled us with a story about her husband's standing ovation at a cafe for... *checks notes* being a dad? (you can hear that here)
And we fear today, Jordan Watson is about to do something similar.
Known for his highly entertaining instructional videos on how to dad Jordan wants to tell us about the times he's "solo dadded".
We looked it up, not a real verb.

It's no surprise how unpredictable a baby's sleep schedule may be.
What never ceases to amaze us though, is just how someone else's sleep cycle can totally throw off another persons brain function.
Like, forget what day of the week it is, or drive off with your phone on top of the car because you're so tired kind of brain function.
Just ask today's special guest Claire Hooper; she's thrown a sleep deprivation tantrum or two in her time.
