I'm sure you're not too new to the online business world. Like me, you have probably done a million courses in marketing, sales, and also in confidence. You are probably reading business and personal development books, listening to podcasts, and dreaming about the possibilities for your own life. Most of the creative entrepreneurs I know are hungry for insights and ideas on how to grow a business, and they are ready to develop more confidence or create new habits to grow to their full potential. Working for yourself is an incredible privilege, one that gives you freedom and keeps earning potential and the chance to make a significant impact. I know this is happening globally, but we still live in an incredible time. People like yourself have a dream of having the tools and technology to make it happen. There's always more money. One of the cornerstones of Soul Rich Woman philosophy is that there's always more because as a Soul Rich Woman, the soul is rich, abundant, and full. There's enough for everyone. And we live in a world of abundance. That's why we have Soul and rich. You can be rich in health, wealth, and happiness and full of it. Have you noticed there's always at least one more happen when you look for it, or color when you look for it? There's always another hair clip when you really want to find it. There's always one more coin in the bottom of your purse, or one more sweet at the bottom of your bag for your kid when your child asks for it. I'm not saying that income inequality isn't real and that there's no poverty in the world, but chances are you have every opportunity to change your circumstances.

I want to share with you how to gather your ultimate million-dollar mastermind group. Remember, you are the average of the six people that you hang out with the most. Now, what this means is what they're thinking their energy, what they do, and their outputs, all influence you. The group of friends of mastermind buddies whom you know will always have your back. These are your right-or-die friends and mastermind buddies. Even Millionaires Have Money Blocks – Here’s How to Deal With Them

I teach money blocks because people assume,  that I have a perfect relationship with money. That's not true. In my experience, talking to entrepreneurs at all levels about their success and money blocks is an inevitable part of being in business. Not even millionaires and multimillionaires are immune to the occasional freak-out about money, and if they are proliferating, they will hit themselves on self-imposed limits regularly. The good news is that you are entirely normal, and the bad news is that you'll never be able to clear your money blocks completely. Now, dealing with money blocks, the even better news is that it doesn't really matter that much. You can learn to recognize them, dance with them, and move on, all while increasing your income to new levels.

Here are four ways to shift your money mindset and work on your money blocks.

5 TIPS TO GET THROUGH THE HOLIDAYS WITHOUT TRIGGERING YOUR MONEY BLOCKS (TOO MUCH)

This is the time of the year that can get very stressful for some people, but it doesn't have to be because we are Soul Rich Woman. Now I've got really some great tips for you today. The first thing I want to acknowledge is that holiday time can be really exciting for some people and for others it can be really stressful or even sad, so don't beat yourself up over it either way, especially for this year, it can be a triggering experience to spend time with your family and loved ones over this holiday season, particularly if you have been spending a lot of time working on your personal development and money blocks, you still might be quite vulnerable to other people's energies.

Now, here are some tips to get through the holiday period without triggering your money blocks too much.
 
Tip 1: Have a canned response.
Tip 2: Get really good at changing the subject.
Tip 3: Be clear about what you want.
Tip 4: You don't have to keep presents you don't like.
Tip 5: Do some EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique).

THE END OF YEAR RITUAL TO FINISH THE YEAR WITH A BANG

I want to talk about the end of your ritual to finish the year with a bang. Now for most, 2020 and 2021 have been a really rough year. No one could have predicted what the last 24 months have thrown at us. If you have made it through physically and emotionally in one piece, congratulations! You are amazing. And even if you haven't, that's okay too. Now, if you have had a good year, despite the obvious, then I want you to celebrate without guilt, without shame, with our heartbreaks. However, the year has gone and especially if things didn't go to plan, I recommend this year-end ritual to close out the year and you have the power to completely change your experience this brand new year that's coming up.

Let's end the year with one really simple but profound year-end-of-the-year ritual. This one has completely changed my life repeatedly, and it doesn't matter how hangover that you have on New Year's Day.

Number 1: Make a list of everything, every single thing that you are proud of.
Number 2: Take turns with your partner asking each other what you're proud of.
Number 3: Start with, what I'm proud of and list things like learning.
Number 4: Then you can move to business accomplishments.
Number 5: Then you can move to tricky situations that you've dealt with.
Number 6: Ask the next question, "What else?" And wait.
Number 7: Keep asking until you have at least 50 of the items that you are proud of.

A lot of women are not really good at the receiving part, and I think it comes down to that naturally, either because of our family, because of the people around us, because of our upbringing, because of our husbands, whatever. There are always reasons why we are taught in a certain way, our education system. We are told to give more than we receive and only when we give, and then we will receive. That's what the whole world is talking about. That's what everybody is saying. The education system, our family, our business associates, whatever. So you are probably blocking abundance from the universe in big and small ways. From the manifesting point of view, that's why a lot of women are not able to receive that is a form of rejecting abundance, rejecting your own f word, fabulous freedom, financial independence, and happy family.

Number 2: Have gratitude for every single form of abundance.
Number 3: Clear your money blocks
Number 4: Surround yourself with the correct positive people.

Inspired action is more than just a to do list. It's about taking action that really shifts the universe and show and prove that you are serious about your goals and dreams. You need to do something that's going to push you out of your comfort zone, and you will know that this action will make a difference. So researching is never a great action point, really, from a manifesting point of view and being a mentor to thousands and thousands of women the last 20 years of my life. A better action will be to make a public commitment. So when you tell people that you are going to do it, they'll believe it when then you will believe it. It's kind of borrowing that courage, borrowing that belief through the people that surround you. Then you will also believe it, right? Then you will move heaven and earth to make the deadline that is inspired action.

When you do inspired actions, the universe will meet you halfway. You will start to see synchronicities. You start to see your intuition happening. You start to see things in momentum. You get more ideas about how you can make it happen. You just need to take action that will create the big momentum.

Number 2: Prepare your mind, your soul, for the purpose of receiving.
Number 3: Be as clear as possible.
Number 4: Prove to the universe that you believe it.
Number 5: You need a supportive community or peer group around you.

We have already talked about the first two steps of the Manifesting Formula. Now the third step is a really crucial one. This is where a lot of people quit before they get started. Another problem around Manifesting is really very easy to get excited at the beginning. And then you lose steam, you lose enthusiasm, and you lose those positive vibes. Is it because whether you are busy, something comes up along the way and then there could be something new? So like a shiny star object syndrome comes up. So all these things will distract you as you are pursuing this manifesting formula towards becoming a Soul Rich Woman or achieving your Soul Goals and the dreams that you want. You have to get into that flow of positivity. And when you do that, and when those synchronicities or what we call things that look like intuitively start to happen to you, or suddenly you start to see opportunities, start to see lucky things happening, that's when all the things start to feel magical. 

We also want to be realistic about this. The manifesting formula is practical. That's why positive anchors are so important. You need to create things that will remind you of your goal constantly and keep your intentions focused. And when you feel really good about your goal, you are going to start to act in different ways. And that's going to make the next step much easier if you can hack that.   

Number 1: Embrace the power of positive and automatic anchors.
Number 2: Prime yourself subconsciously, not as a victim, but as a positive one to achieve your goal.
Number 3: Build a really strong foundation of belief from multiple angles.
Number 4: Use different way to remind yourself.
Number 5: Manifesting is to make things real.
