In this episode you'll discover why you’ve worked really hard, put in all the effort, the hours, the blood sweat and tears and you’re still not getting the results you want. If you’re like most people you are working backwards—working from the “have do be” model. If I had the money then I could hire someone and grow my business. This is a broken model! The model that you want to start working from is what I call “be do have” model. “Who or how do I have to be to do the things that I choose to do to have the success that I want?”
In this episode I discuss:
Are you working from an identity that sabotages you?
How perfectionism didn’t stop me from getting this podcast out
How most people are working backwards
The “be do have” model (if you’re not using this, you’re sabotaging yourself!)
Why people are setting goals in the wrong way
The reason you haven’t created what you want to create in life
Who are you really? Where were you before you landed on this planet?
A powerful question to start asking yourself
In this Episode, we are delving into a profound conversation with Neale Donald Walsch, the spiritual teacher and author of 41 books, including the world-renowned Conversations with God. In this insightful discussion, Neale shares his personal journey of overcoming life's challenges and how these experiences led him to the powerful conversations with God that have transformed millions of lives worldwide. From the lessons learned through adversity to his current perspective on relationships, spirituality, and free will, Neale offers wisdom that can help you navigate life's chaos with clarity and purpose.
What You’ll Discover In This Episode
Transformational Takeaway:
"Life is not a school; it’s a place to remember who you truly are."
Neale’s profound insight into our spiritual journey is that we are not here to "learn" in the traditional sense but to remember our divine essence and reconnect with the higher truth of who we are. By embracing this perspective, we can let go of limitations and align with our true power, living a life of authenticity, peace, and purpose. Reflect on what it means to remember who you are today. Take a moment to pause, breathe, and ask yourself: What parts of yourself have you forgotten? What would it look like for you to reconnect with your true self?

How many times have you set goals for yourself only to find that you’re right back into your old patterns and you never achieve what you think that you want?
If you’re like most people, that is your exact pattern: Wanting a goal but not achieving it because you can’t shake loose of your old patterns and habits.
In the first sentence I said, “What you think that you want.” What you think that you want is not what you get because you get your habits and they don’t come from the “thinking” part of your brain.
In this episode I talk about:
[2:44] The three largest parts of your brain and how they function
[10:38] How your reptilian brain sabotages your goals
[12:19] Why your reptilian brain operates from survival and predictability
[13:09] Why what you think you want is usually not what you get
[15:09] And how to dissociate from the reptilian brain habits
I have created episodes on habits but this one dives deeper into the exact way the reptilian brain sabotages your goals and what you think that you want.
Transformational Takeaway
Your goals come from your prefrontal cortex “thinking” brain and your habits come from your reptilian brain. They battle each other and you have to disassociate from your reptilian brain habits.
In today’s episode, we’re diving into a powerful and eye-opening conversation that could transform the way you navigate your spiritual path. We’ll unpack the truth about spiritual leaders - their influence, their limitations, and the often-overlooked consequences of misusing spiritual teachings.
This isn’t just about calling out charlatans and ego-driven gurus; it’s about empowering you to discern the difference between authentic guidance and those who exploit spirituality for personal gain. You’ll discover why discernment is your most essential tool, how the limitations of those you follow can shape your own journey, and why reclaiming your personal power is critical to living in alignment with your highest self.
If you’ve ever questioned the intentions of the spiritual leaders you follow or sought clarity on who you can truly trust, this episode will provide the insights you need to protect your energy, avoid deception, and embrace the wisdom within yourself.
What You’ll Discover in This Episode:
Listen, apply, and enjoy!
Transformational Takeaway: Be wise and mindful about who you follow. Authentic teachers guide with integrity and alignment, while charlatans exploit for personal gain. Discernment is your most valuable tool in navigating spiritual relationships and protecting your energy.

Welcome to the first episode of 2025! In this powerful conversation drawn from a dialogue I had with Don Xavier, we’ll explore the concept of owning your life power and seniority. This episode challenges you to rethink how you manage your energy, beliefs, and personal power in every area of your life - health, wealth, relationships, and beyond.
We’ll dive into the idea that you are a creator, born with the ability to co-create your life with divine intelligence. However, many of us unknowingly give away this power to external influences - whether it’s cultural conditioning, societal beliefs, or even fear and doubt. This episode is about reclaiming that power and stepping into your natural state of creation and well-being.
If you’re ready to make 2025 the year you fully own your life, start listening now.
What You’ll Discover in This Episode:

In today’s episode, we’ll explore Ayni, the ancient Incan concept of sacred reciprocity - a foundational principle for creating abundance and balance in life. Ayni is the understanding that giving with an open heart invites abundance back into your life. It’s a principle that has transformed how I live and serve others.
I’ll share personal stories, insights, and lessons from my work with Don Xavier to clarify how this powerful concept can impact your relationships, success, and personal growth. You’ll also learn to identify relationships lacking reciprocity and why equitable exchanges are essential for maintaining energy and creating meaningful connections.
As we prepare for 2025, I encourage you to reflect on your relationship with giving and receiving. When you embrace Ayni, you create a life of greater service, joy, and abundance - for yourself and others.

In today’s episode, I’m diving into the concept of altars - what they really are and why they’re powerful tools for personal and spiritual growth. Often misunderstood as purely religious, altars are, in fact, energetic portals and sacred spaces for intention, manifestation, and connection. I’ll share insights from Don Xavier, about how altars function and how you can create one that reflects your personal energy and intentions.
We’ll also explore the significance of offerings, the role of cosmology in altar practices, and how these sacred spaces can serve as tools for gratitude, reciprocity, and transformation. Whether you’re new to the concept or have been working with altars for years, this episode will give you actionable insights to deepen your connection to energy and manifestation.

In today’s episode, I’m sharing a conversation I had with Don Xavier about the true meaning of love. We dive deep into what real, unconditional love is, how it differs from conditional love, and how these concepts connect to the idea of twin flames.
I’ll also share personal stories and lessons I’ve learned along the way, including how relationships offer us the opportunity to grow spiritually, why communication is so essential, and how to recognize the difference between real love and superficial expectations. If you’ve ever wondered what it means to experience real love or to meet your twin flame, you’ll want to tune in.

I’ll share insights from shamans, lessons from quantum physics, and Albert Einstein’s fascinating journey from being driven by ego to awakening his consciousness. Plus, I’ll give you practical tips on conserving your energy and breaking free from toxic ego dynamics.

In today’s episode, I’ll continue our deep dive into the concepts of zero point and the powerful truths shared by Don Xavier.
