In two related legal developments, Judge Cannon finally relents and paves the way for the public release of Volume 1 of Special Counsel Jack Smith's report, documenting Donald Trump's 2020 election subversion crimes. In a second development, Arizona Attorney General Kris Mays formally requested that the Department of Justice provide Special Counsel Jack Smith's entire file on Trump's election crimes so that evidence can be used in the Arizona state prosecution of Mark Meadows, Rudy Giuliani and the other defendants indicted for trying to undermine the 2020 election results in Arizona. Notably, in the Arizona prosecution, Trump is designated "unindicted co-conspirator 1". Given that the evidence against one co-conspirator is admissible against all co-conspirators, courtesy of the doctrine of co-conspirator liability, when the Arizona case goes to trial in January of 2026, Americans should get to see the evidence of Trump's 2020 election subversion crimes as they pertain to the Arizona charges.

Special Counsel Jack Smith was compelled by Department of Justice policy to dismiss the two criminal cases he brought against Donald Trump. Thereafter, Smith delivered his final Special Counsel report to the Attorney General. Accordingly, Smith's work as Special Counsel is complete. However, some people are asking if Smith's resignation from DOJ represents obeying an aspiring dictator in advance, or if his resignation was inevitable and has nothing to do with fear of retaliation by Trump and those he appoints to take over the DOJ. Did Trump-appointed judge Aileen Cannon abuse her judicial discretion yet again in favor of Donald Trump? Judge Cannon no longer presides over the Mar-a-Lago classified documents case, as it is now in the exclusive jurisdiction of the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. Apparently undeterred by her lack of jurisdiction over the documents case, The New York Times just reported that, "Judge Cannon Blocks Release of Special Counsel's Final Report on Trump."

There was one federal prosecutor who was assigned by the Department of Justice to be present at, observe, and work the protest-turned-insurrection at the US Capitol on January 6th, 2021. Former federal prosecutor Alyse Adamson (Constantinide) is that person.

For the first time, Alyse tells her story on air, and it is a riveting account of what she witnessed and experienced on the grounds of the Capitol on January 6th. As she watched the brutal attacks on law enforcement and experienced the pepper spray/bear spray first hand, she told her DOJ supervisors, "This is terrorism!"

After spending January 6th, 2021, watching the Trump-incited mob trying to stop the certification of Joe Biden's election win, Alyse spent January 7th representing the people of the United States in court as the first rioters to be arrested in connection with the Capitol attack were arraigned in court for the the crimes they committed the day before.

January 6, 2025, could not have been more different than January 6, 2021. Four years ago, Donald Trump lost an election and made sure all hell would break loose, sending his angry mob to the Capitol to stop the certification.

Four years later, Trump won an election and Kamala Harris and the Democrats behaved like adults and patriots, peacefully certifying the election results. Now it's time to stop fighting yesterday's battles and turn our attention to tomorrow's battle for the soul of America. We are already virtually in another election cycle: the midterms. Let's leave the in-fighting, backstabbing, dysfunction and dissension to the Republicans and focus on restoring an allegiance to the rule of law and the Constitution, and rebuilding the promise and reputation of America, at home and abroad.
