In this episode I have a "friendship expert" (Okay we are kind of joking with that title although I think it's true) Lauren Lipman on the podcast to talk about friendship in your 20's and 30's!
In this episode I'm talking all about getting out of a "flop era" - which is basically a time in your life where things aren't clicking - you may be working hard, and not seeing the results of it. I had a flop era in 2018 and really second-guess if I should even do YouTube at all. It was super stressful at the time and I was losing subscribers. This is how I climbed out of that and was able to, years later, reach my goal of making $1 million in one year. Although I will note, not every year is like that!
