Kiran's time aboard the Grey Audron with their ghost girlfriend Alba continues, even as the Grey Audron heads back towards Thornvale, and feelings become even more intense and precious. Cici works with Fenton Eaves to create a plot to banish the shadow-monster-curse-thing to Map World (if she can!) and end her plight of self-consciousness.

A few more weeks pass, and the Courier trio reunites temporarily for the first time since Audron Prom in the city of Big Sky, just following the jousting match between the Barmwhich Perrymen and the Burning Tails Academy. June, delighted to see Cici and Kiran again, joins them at the local steak house for a meal and a catch up before returning to her duties at the Burning Tails Academy.

Previously, our intrepid courier heroes Kiran, Cici, and June enjoyed their first Audron Prom... only to be separated onto different ships for the remainder of the route thanks to an Audron Maelstrom! With Kiran on the Gray Audron, Cici on the Black Audron, and June aboard the Yellow Audron and then sent off to the Burning Tails Jousting Academy... there's no end to the new experiences these apprentices will have.
