Three stages down and the Tour moves back to France. The boys reflect on the incredible Copenhagen Grand Depart and numerous battles in the peloton. And there's no more mentions of G's gilet, we promise.

It's been a while. Since the last pod, G won a small bike race called the Tour de Suisse and got propelled towards favourite status for the Tour. Up in Tenerife Luke, G and the Grenadiers were staying close by to Belgian star, chocolate shop owner and all round top fella Jasper Stuyven. They invited the Trek rider over for a chat about his famous San Remo win, this year's home Grand Depart at the Tour, and the usual Watts Occurring fun. Enjoy.
