Yos Clark is a Dancer, Model, Choreographer, Photographer and Artist from the Ivory Coast. He talks us through his journey of Dancing on the streets of CĂ´te d'Ivoire to pursuing professional Dance Training with KS Dance in the UK. Yos shares his love for the art form and what inspired and motivated him to pursue a career in Dance having learned Ballet on Skype for the first time at the age of 17. He tells us about his passion for movement and that every movement in his choreography comes from a place within and has meaning. As well sharing how a shy young person overcame his fears of dancing in front of people to having performed at London Fashion Week and for Vogue.

In this episode Paige and I discuss her current research on the Strength and Conditioning Interventions she has performed on Dancers. This involves a 12 week training study looking into a variety of variables including Jump height in a Grand JetĂ© and changes in Muscle and Tendon properties.Â
