Train Your Mind for Athletic Success

In this podcast, I explore the psychology of sports performance. Drawing on my own elite athletic experience in ski racing, karate, running, and triathlon and decades of working with junior-elite, collegiate, Olympic, and professional athletes, I describe the essential role that the mind plays in athletic success regardless of your sport, age, or level of participation. I examine the attitudes that lay the foundation for achieving your sports goals, the obstacles that can hold you back, the mental "muscles" you need to strengthen, and the exercises and tools you need to train your mind just as you train your body. My podcast provides athletes, coaches, and parents with deep insights, useful information, and practical strategies for how athletes can be most mentally prepared to perform their best when it counts the most.
