As a published scholar-practitioner, Dr. Gerilyn Davis is an energetic HR executive who believes in inspiring change by guiding individuals and organizations to become more inclusive authentically. 
On the inclusion journey, Dr. Davis understands the challenges individuals and organizations face. Utilizing her signature SWORD Inclusion system, she wants individuals and organizations to know that the struggle is not required to foster inclusion. As a little girl, skiing was a dream; therefore, she moved to Colorado and went skiing for the first time in 2019, and the experience transformed her life. 
With over 18 years of lived experience, Inclusion on the slopes was born, a research-based consulting business. She is an ambitious, solution-focused leader who is ecstatic about Inclusion on the Slopes and eager to share the joy of inclusion.

My name is Brandi Comeaux. I was born and raised in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana, where the culture is rich, the cajun accents are thick, and a love of outdoor adventures is just a part of life. I am a fiancée to the man of my dreams, a proud mother of two, a step-mom of two, and a dog mom of one. 

My love for my family, for learning, and for travel led me to the life I live now. I homeschool my oldest son, I coordinate educational travel for homeschoolers, and I am a home-based travel agent specializing in international travel; I do like a good adventure though, so reach out even if you are planning a domestic trip!  All of these components are so important to me because I truly believe that every environment is a classroom and I want to bring learning to life, not just for my own children but for as many families as possible.  I set out to create a group of like-minded families who also believe in the power of travel. Any day of the week, I, along with my kids and a few dozen of our homeschooling friends, hit the road or take to the sky and explore the world around us.

With open arms, I welcomed the opportunity to turn my passion for travel into a business. Since then, I’ve coordinated travel for both individuals and groups to places I’ve never experienced and those I can’t wait to experience again.
