Friends, when it comes to our mental health, there are several things around us that affect us and anything can trigger us and make us vulnerable to situations that we otherwise are very much capable of handling.
In today's episode, I host Shubhrata Prakash who is doing some good work in the mental health domain and acts as a "North Star" to people in need.
There are certain gaps created in society over a period of time that are causing distress and mental health issues in the long run. We probably need to identify them and work on them consciously.
I hope you like the episode.
See you Soon.

Sometimes, in life, we go through a road that is very rough and it seems like never-ending. We're not able to visualize how to sail through.
We have several questions unanswered including whether it is going to end ever... We even think of giving up...
But you know what, sometimes nature puts us on to such roads only to make us stronger and emerge as torch-bearers for others and we don't even realize that.
Today, I have brought to you the real-life stories of a couple hailing from small towns, making their mark in the suburbs of Mumbai after being hit in life where they questioned themselves if they would be able to make it again.
Do listen and share your feedback.
I'll see you soon.

When we are kids, we're quite creative. We do what we want to do, we enjoy what we do, and we master what we do... But, as we grow old we start doubting ourselves, our capabilities. We don't do many things that we love. We get into the trap of EMIs, Jobs, Business, Expectations, etc.
Ever wondered why does it happen?
Is it truly part of growing up?
Does everyone go through this?
Well, even though these things are relevant to the majority of people, there are people who make their marks, they become the top 1% of the global population and lead the way for youth.
So what is the difference between us as kids, we as grown up, and we as super successful personalities?
The answer is - Following your heart without being biased and without being influenced by others.
There is a beautiful real-life story and some perspectives on this topic which you can listen to in this eight-and-a-half-minute episode.
I hope it'll make sense to you.
See you soon.

We feel stressed in our lives because of different reasons. Whether it’s work, school, social life, family, love, or anything else, one can get bogged down by all kinds of things. And one of the biggest reasons could be "not being able to get what we always dreamt for".
Due to this, one might want to just take a step back, breathe and ask: “how do I restart my life?”. However, with so many things that could add to the pressure of everyday life, it might seem impossible to relax, wind down, and start fresh.
But, does life stop there?
Lets learn from Naresh Naik who, at the age of 58, resumed his life his way.

As per an Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) research, Every 7th Indian man is shaken up by the mental health disorders.
Men are a species who have to handle/ manage several expectations right from the childhood and this does leave them frustrated as they grow giving them the sense of "No one loves me unconditionally, everyone around me needs something or the other from me".
I can't pinpoint one thing about the problem but yes, somewhere as a society we have gone wrong the trend seems to be continuing.
The suicide death rate for men has increased from 18.7% to 23.4%. 10-34-year-old men's suicide rate is the second-highest leading and fourth leading in the case of 30-35 years old.
Today's episode starts with a poem written by me followed by the casual chat with a business leader who interacts with thousands of people across the world.
I hope this cuts some ice.
Stay tuned and see you soon.

A little stress can be a good thing: it can be the motivational push that we need to get things done.
However, sometimes, dealing with stress, especially during exam season can be a difficult thing to do. And, with an estimated 20-50% annual increase of university students seeking help for studies-related mental health issues, it's clear that we're under more pressure than ever before.
In today's episode I invited Mrs. Richa Kumar who is Academic Director of Sanskruti World school & Junior college, ex Principal and mother of two grown up kids.
I'm sure this chat will help in real life.
Enjoy the episode.
See you soon.

अपना ग़म लेके कही और न जाया जाये,
घर में बिखरी हुई चीजो को सजाया जाये !
घर से मस्जिद है बहुत दूर चलो यु कर ले,
किसी रोते हुए बच्चे को हँसाया जाये !
These are not just beautiful lines written by Nida Fazli but the crux of a happy life.

We live with people and can not avoid them. Good people around us help us improve our lives, boost our confidence, and enable us to succeed but there are people around us who knowingly/ unknowingly pull us down, label us as something that we are NOT, kill our productivity, and engage us in things that are neither desired nor deserved by us.
It is vital for all of us to identify such people around us and maintain a distance from them so that we can remain focused on our life goals including our relationships, career, and everything else that we want in our lives.
In this episode, I have shared 6 toxic traits of people who need to stay away from our lives.
I hope this helps.
See you soon.
