Edit started by explaining why the Why is so important and why that is the top 1 failing in adoption.
Bio
I have been part of the Microsoft ecosystem since mid-2017. My journey started as a Dynamics 365 Developer, focusing mainly on Sales with some involvement in Service. In 2018, I was introduced to Power Platform at a Microsoft Germany Partner Hackathon and helped develop a solution that predicts optimal ferry routes for logistics companies.
Today I am a Power Platform Advisor and lead an incredible team of experts at ORBIS SE, who are turning challenges into opportunities, by building innovative solutions and empowering organizations to reach new heights.
In implementation projects, I play a dynamic role, from pre-sales and sales activities to kick-off phases, transitioning to a supportive and facilitative role as the project progresses. However, when guiding organizations in adopting Power Platform and defining security guidelines, I take a holistic approach, assisting the customer throughout the entire journey, including assessing their infrastructure and needs, providing coaching and guidance on governance within Power Platform, and jointly implementing an adoption strategy encompassing Center of Excellence roles, responsibilities, delivery models, processes, culture and tools.

Bio
Hey there! I am a Dynamics 365 and Customer Experience consultant for more than 6 years now. Since Dynamics 365 Marketing came on the market, I’ve been whirling through the exciting world of segments, events and journeys. But there is also so much to discover and new things to do that it never gets boring.
In my quest for the simplest solutions, the Microsoft community has never disappointed me and has given me so much that I want to give back as well. This blog is my way to contribute and share my experiences and ideas with you.
But in my spare time it doesn’t get boring either. When I’m not working on client projects or writing this blog, you can find me scurrying around the world, eating good food, or knitting, knitting, knitting.
I’m super excited for you guys to be a part of my journey! And I hope you gain as much inspiration and knowledge from my posts as I have. Don’t forget to check back regularly, because there’s always something new to discover and learn!
