Dyslexia, Let’s Talk About It is a podcast from the Fundamental Learning Center with host Jessica Stong. We'll bring you stories of hope, inspiration, and information from the current research to discuss dyslexia which impacts roughly 1 in 5 children today. This neurologically-based superpower is characterized by difficulties with reading, writing, and spelling but with incredible strengths in other areas like creativity and visual-spatial skills.     Welcome to Dyslexia, Let’s Talk About It, a podcast from the Fundamental Learning Center with host Jessica Stong. Our first episode introduces  Jeanine Phillips, an incredible mom who used her family's journey to change the lives of hundreds of thousands of children with dyslexia. 


    Jeanine founded Fundamental Learning Center, along with Gretchen Andeel, to empower children, especially those with dyslexia, by teaching them to read, write and spell; educate adults by providing research-based literacy programs for children; and enlighten parents and the broader community to the educational and health needs of their children.
