The Carolina Panthers extended RB Chuba Hubbard with a new 3 year contract that's being called a relevant data point when trying to figure out how much it would cost to do the same in Seattle with the Seahawks dynamic rusher Kenneth Walker III. 

Today I'll take a deeper look into some other comparable RB contracts, including another big-name deal that I think serves as a more accurate comparison.

4-4 and in a vitrual tie for first place in the division wouldn't seem to be a bad place for the Seattle Seahawks to be after Mike Macdonald's first 8 games as head coach, but according to some fans the sky is falling and the organization should clean house.

The once-feared home crowd at Lumen Field used to be a massive advantage for the Seattle Seahawks, but no more.
