    Dress for Success
Over the past couple of weeks I’ve had the privilege of teaming up with Capital One and Dress for Success Washington, DC to work with a group of phenomenal women in a community action project called “Show Real Resilience." The project is intended to expose audiences to the stories of women touched by the criminal justice system and to highlight the need for a community network that helps them overcome professional obstacles and the stigma of “second class citizenship” in their effort to rebuild their lives and reintegrate into their communities. On today’s all new episode of The Paul Wharton Show on Sirius XM, I sat down with the founder of #ShowRealResilience Lynne Shaffer and Aarón Almada, Community Affairs Manager at Capital One, for an in-depth conversation about the ladies in this powerful program and how Capital One is training the innovators of tomorrow, investing in partnerships with creative approaches and addressing difficult community and societal challenges.
