Iowa State wrestling capped off their best season yet of the Dresser Era with a 4th place finish. David Carr lead the way with a heroic run to a second NCAA title to cap off his collegiate career. Jacob and Sam discuss how it happened and give some thoughts on where the program goes from here. 

Matt and Austin recap Iowa State's dominant weekend at the Big 12 tournament and if this momentum can be carried forward into the Big Dance. The 2024 NCAA Wrestling Tournament is finally here! Jacob and Sam do a deep dive on the draws for all the Cyclones, talk team race, and make their predictions ahead of action starting on Thursday. 

Jacob and Sam are joined by Jacqueline Cordova of Cyclone Fanatic to discuss Iowa State wrestling winning their first Big 12 title in 15 years. They breakdown all the action from Tulsa and Jacqueline shares her matside perspective. The group also shares their initial thoughts on the NCAA tournament draws for the Cyclones.

Matt and Austin react to the Iowa State men's wins against West Virginia and Oklahoma at home and if any struggles are cause for a long term concern. The ISU women also picked up a huge win at Kansas State to all but lock themselves into the women's tournament, and we are very impressed with the way their season has gone. We finish up the pod by talking the hottest debate about fog and how that affects planting and some thoughts on Caitlin Clark ending her college career after this season.
